Note: as of 7/8/2015, most of the reading session packets are sold out, so please check with the registration desk for any packet availability.

Friday Night Dinner

On the next screen is an option to attend our Friday-night "Dinner at Blanco Tacos." The buffet includes chips and guacamole, salad, cheese enchiladas, a taco bar (new this year, includes meat) and dessert and the price is $30/person. Entertainment will feature a local barbershop quartet plus fun and games led by Melanie Openshaw.

PayPal

The online registration system uses PayPal, which accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, eCheck, and PayPal payments. During the checkout process, you will be offered the option of creating a PayPal account, but it's not necessary, so you may "uncheck" that box. If you are unable to pay for your registration using those options, please contact the AZACDA treasurer (treasurer@azacda.org) in advance of the conference about checks or Purchase Orders. Full payment for the conference is due on or before the day of the conference.

Embassy Suites Phoenix - Biltmore - 2630 East Camelback Road, Phoenix, 85016

• $99 per night for Suites w/king or two doubles, pull out couch
• Free parking, Internet, cooked-to-serve breakfasts, coctail and snack happy hour
  (Note: on the hotel's reservation system, internet and parking may be shown as "optional" or for extra cost, but our contract includes those items at no extra charge)
• Shuttles to CBC (2.5 miles from CBC, approx 5 min. drive)
